MY WHY
For the past decade I've been a Global Citizen, exploring alternative ways of living and experiencing both the light and the dark sides of an uprooted lifestyle - creating many homes away from home.
I’ve dedicated my work to support those leaving their comfort zone to explore more of the world - perhaps led by a deeper calling they can't yet fully understand. - in igniting your fire within so you may lead a life that aligns with what you truly care about.
I believe in our individual and collective power to create a more beautiful world led by love not fear - starting with our own lives.
MY STORY
Born in New York City, raised in Basel, Switzerland, daughter to a Germanic Dad and Latina Mom, growing up alongside African and Asian foster children - I got to experience and appreciate different languages and cultural quirks from a young age.
After seeing the challenges that come with emigrating by witnessing my mother's journey moving from New York to a small rural town in Switzerland, I got to experience them firsthand when I left Switzerland after my studies to start over in San Francisco, California.
I seemingly had it all: a high-paying leadership position at a start-up in Silicon Valley, lots of friends (or so I thought) and a millionaire partner who was ready to settle with me. I was living in one of the most vibrant, diverse and beautiful places in the world - so why did I feel so empty?
I failed to find meaning in my work. I struggled to find joy or pleasure in anything I did. I was overworked and often skipped meals to at least get a bit of rest at night. The people in my life felt like superficial connections. I was overworked, underweight and my body felt numb to any emotion.
I knew this couldn't be 'it' for me. I knew I needed to make a change but I was just too tired and had no idea what I even wanted out of life.
Through a work connection I met my teacher, Anuttara Lakshmin Nath. Her meditations, Tantric Buddhist practices and women's circles prevented me from fully burning out. Here I learned the true meaning of belonging and how healing the support of sisterhood could be. I've since devoted myself to this path of self-compassion and
I rediscovered my passion for dance, finding belonging in the Ecstatic Dance Community - learning to feel and trust my body again. As I outgrew my romantic relationship it turned into a sweet friendship giving me space to playfully discover who I really was - my desires, my strengths, my creative expression.
I've got to deepen my practice pulling from Vajrayana Buddhist Tantric principles, human design, somatic embodiment practices and energetic bodywork, working with a variety of mentors and teachers.
When COVID-19 lockdowns left many overwhelmed and isolated I instantly felt so clear in my body about what was asked of me in this confusing moment in history. I started offering free guided meditations online to support communities particularly affected by the global pandemic. Soon thereafter I got my International Coaching Federation certification, following my passion to coach professionally, offering workshops, dance and meditation in Guatemala, Portugal and Malta as well as online to a global audience - all while exploring the gifts and challenges of living in conscious community.
Meanwhile I've returned to Basel, for the first time running deep roots in my original home town, often feeling like an expat myself after so much has changed. It's been so precious to bring the tools and experience I've gathered along my journey back to support others who are going through the familiar challenges of starting over abroad.
My stepping away from my known environment and my zone of comfort was the gateway to discovering who I really am and what I came to do in this lifetime. Could it be that for you too?

I absolutely love working with Chloé. I've worked with many coaches, and Chloé has a very unique angle. I find her coaching model to be *so* enlightening. I love her focus on MY life, on how I can bring in more joy and ease every day.
Chloé has a lovely structured process and a flow to her coaching that I found to be super comforting. She has a genuinely caring and gentle nature, and makes you feel comfortable immediately, even if you are brand new to coaching!
